We have been providing quality Digital and media Mandates across industries and clients in the field of Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Programmatic Campaigns, Online Reputation Management services, and National Video across the globe. Active participator in the diary execution of tasks related to efficiency, precision, and minimal error/issues, activation, post-analysis of the clients' advertising campaigns, considering different kinds of Media Channels, guaranteeing efficiency, precision, and minimal error/issues. Offer timely and efficient support to avoid errors in the Agency's Operation and propose optimization ideas and methods. Provide guidance and mentorship to new team members, taking part in training and onboarding sessions. Responsible for implementing and managing overall paid marketing strategy, communication, budget allocation, and ROI from different digital channels. Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of quality outcomes with a deep understanding of media analytics and reporting. Responsibilities Assist in buying/allocation process Develops reports on program content after receiving information from screening service for all prime-time properties. Participates in agency training programs. Negotiates scatter buys. Maintain buys–confirm flighting, estimates and track delivery, secure make-goods and ADUs ,request, and issue pre-logs and post-analysis. Ensure commercial inventory is inserted into MBOX system, including estimate and package set up, issuing client schedules, managing inventory, overseeing changes, and writing/checking order letters. Ability to turn around high-quality work on quick timelines and to proactively coordinate the workload with managers. Deliver recommendations, execution, and analysis. Main point of contact for troubleshooting and account documentation. Point of contact for junior team members. Manage and supervise biddable media campaigns across all platforms Responsible for innovation and beta testing campaigns Responsible for client communication and stakeholder management Responsible for creating PCAs (Post Campaign Analysis) Work on different/complete marketing funnels of biddable media Responsible for Quarterly Business Review and performance calls Understanding of campaign measurement reporting and insights generation Building and implementing account structures & marketing strategy Proactively manage relationships with media vendors Independently plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms for assigned clients Create reports and actively monitor reporting to ensure campaigns are running efficiently and effectively Communicate campaign performance with internal team and with clients on external calls Provide strategic program recommendations to clients to help them reach their goals Stay up to date on digital advertising industry trends, best practices, and new offerings Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI) Qualifications Qualifications: • B2+ or above English language level • Bachelor's Degree in Media/Advertising or related, Communication or Business Related • +2 Years of Paid Media Marketing experience in agency marketing role Skills: • Good understanding of channels and buying models. • Should have managed big budget campaigns in the past and preferably should have had some exposure to data to draw out the campaign insights and channel synergies • Knowledge on advance Excel and Power Point • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
