Job Description

- Design, develop, and maintain MVC, RESTful Web APIs using ASP.NET Core (.NET 9 and above)
- Build scalable backend services using Minimal APIs and clean architecture principles
- Implement data access using Entity Framework Core
- Work with PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server databases
- Apply object-oriented principles and design patterns to ensure maintainable and testable code
- Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, and code reviews
- Collaborate with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
- Take ownership of assigned modules and deliver independently
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in backend development using ASP.NET Core Web API
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET 8 or later
- Proficiency in Entity Framework Core
- Experience working with PostgreSQL and MS SQL Server
- Strong understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns
- Experience building APIs using Minimal APIs
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work as an individual contributor
Nice to Have
- Experience with React.js
- Exposure to frontend–backend integration
- Knowledge of microservices architecture
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms
