Transport Team Lead Non-Certified - Lyn Pace/Full Time Days

The Transport Team Lead Non-Certified will oversee the daily operational activities to ensure the accomplishment of company goals and objectives. Under the supervision of the supervisor will supervise day to day operations of the transport staff, assure adequate daily coverage is scheduled, and participate in the selection and training of new and current employees. The team lead will be responsible for oversight of their assigned area of specialty including vehicles, training, operations, recruitment and retention, or specialty transport. Other responsibilities as assigned.

• Has ability to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide age-appropriate care to infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics, as well as recognize changes or abnormalities in patient condition and report same.
• Manages process for purchase, preventive maintenance and care of ambulances, wheelchair vehicle, and ambulatory vehicles.
• Interacts and communicates information and ideas to all levels of personnel within the organization. 
• Ability to recognize conflicts with personnel, patients, and other customers and to appropriately intervene. 
• Serves as a subject matter expert in their specialty area. 
• Serves as a lead on the current shift.
• Acts on the behalf of the supervision if the supervisor is not available 
• Other duties as assigned. 

Required Education: High school diploma, GED or equivalent.

Salary Range: $17.87 - $25.01 / Hour
