Talent Partner (3-Month Contract)

Description

OmegaHires is hiring a Talent Partner on behalf of a client. This is a ground-floor role owning the human relationships at the center of the hiring process. You'll work with recruiters and candidates to make strong connections happen — the trusted human layer behind the experience. This is a relationship and outcomes role, not an admin one.

What you'll do

• Build and own relationships with technical recruiters, starting with a focus on Java and other in-demand engineering skills.
• Walk recruiters through candidate profiles and gather their feedback.
• Understand recruiters' live open roles well enough to know which candidates are worth their time.
• Turn interest into action — connecting recruiters with the right candidates.
• Capture structured feedback and feed it back to the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical staffing, recruiting, bench sales, or recruiter-facing sales — someone fluent in contract hiring (rates, availability, work authorization, skills).
• Strong relationship-building instincts and comfort initiating recruiter conversations.
• Ability to read a technical candidate profile and speak to its strengths.
• Persistence and a bias toward outcomes over activity.
• Organized with follow-ups and tracking.
• Comfortable in an early-stage, undefined environment.

Contract: 3 months, with potential to extend.
