Key Objective of the Job:

Contribute to Treasury Mid-office function

Major Deliverables:

1. Handling documentation for various types of borrowings post deals done mainly Bank Loans
2. Maintaining data of various lenders / Interest payments / repayments
3. Various compliance requirements for treasury products and updation in Legatrix
4. Execution of daily transactions i.e. Interest payments / Repayment of Loans on maturity
5. Interaction with Banks, RTA, custodians, etc.
6. Reconciliation of interest calculation with interest debited by Banks
7. Liaise with Banks for excess charge reversal
8. Ensure no reporting done for debit balances
9. Tracking Record dates for Interest payments / repayments of various types of NCDs and maintaining records of unpaid interest
10. Handle audits - Internal/ Statutory / RBI / any other audits
11. Participate in systems development
12. Prepare Stock statement. Provide Asset cover working.
13. Arrange End-use, Stock Statement, Security Cover certificates from CA
14. Arrange payments through Netbanking
15. SAP system updation (parking of transactions, updation of MCLR)
16. Monitor Invoices raised
17. Liaise with legal and secretarial team on any of the above matters
