Shift Coordinator Full-Time

Schedule: 35 hours - Tues 3p-11p, Wed 9a-4p, Thurs 10a-4p, Fri 3p-11p, Sat 9a-3p

Starting pay is $23.50/hour plus $1 differential on weekend shifts.

SUMMARY: As the Shift Coordinator, you report to and work closely with the Residential Coordinator 2. The role is to assist in the day-to-day operations of a community residence, overseeing personnel, program quality, facilities, and medical aspects. The Shift Coordinator also plays a key role in encouraging and facilitating individual choices and supporting these choices with all available resources.
