Project Manager

The Project Manager will work under supervision of the Project Management Office Manager within the Service Delivery Operations Department and serve as a strategic thinking partner within the project team. The Project Manager will manage various projects supporting Central Health’s vision of creating a national model for healthcare delivery for identified vulnerable populations in Travis County. The Project Manager may provide support to any of the departments within Central Health and may include but not limited to the coordination and implementation of healthcare services, non-clinical healthcare programs, internal process improvement strategies, or quality improvement efforts.
