Machine Operator II - Saunders Converting Manufacturing - $23 - $25 DOE

The Machine Operator II manages all facets of their assigned workstation to produce jobs that have the highest degree of quality and timeliness. The role routinely completes the setup of their jobs and machines, while serving as the core operator throughout the production lifecycle of a specific job. This role requires operational proficiency on multiple machines and must be able to adapt to changing workload demands by moving from one production line to another. A commitment to producing quality products, on time, while driving continuous improvement is paramount in this role. The successful candidate will have strong mechanical and communication skills and must be able to proactively resolve machine repairs/maintenance as necessary.
