Job Description

Qualifications / Licensure / Certification / Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
- Be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Experienced no significant personal loss in the past year.
- Valid state driver’s license for direct patient care.
- Complete a tuberculosis test.
- Must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or qualify for an exemption if unvaccinated.
- Must be personable, demonstrating kindness, care and ability to listen to the patients or company’s needs.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:
- Working environment is relatively quiet and can be stressful. Must be able to work in all environments due to the different individuals living conditions. The position requires visual acuity and dexterity, sitting, standing, some pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
