Title: Care Corps Trainee (Cohort 6)Type: Full-Time, TemporarySalary: $17.00/hour Description:This opportunity is only available to individuals who have received a formal enrollment offer for Project Renewal’s Care Corps Program for Cohort 6. If you have not received an offer, do not apply as your application will not be reviewed. The Care Corps Trainee role is part of a 6-week sector-based training that prepares individuals for careers in behavioral health. The program includes classroom instruction, up to 98 hours of stipend, experiential learning in a clinical simulation lab, crisis prevention and other employer-informed training. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Classroom Training: Attend and participate in structured lessons on behavioral health practices, crisis prevention, and psychiatric care basics. Experiential Learning: Learn and apply knowledge in a simulation lab environment. Attendance and Participation: Attend all sessions to meet program milestones. Professionalism: Professional conduct is expected throughout the training program, in all training settings and in any interactions with peers, instructors, and others.
