In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven ServiceNow Consultant – Senior Associate to join our Technology Advisory team in Athens.
Design and guide the implementation of ServiceNow ITSM solutions aligned with business needs and ITIL best practices, across Core Modules
Translate client requirements into working solutions and support configuration & customization of the relevant modules such as ITSM, ITOM or CSM modules etc.
Drive process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency
Support ITSM framework adoption and operational integration, focusing on the core processes of incident management, problem management, service management, demand and portfolio management, among other.
Deliver training and enablement to users and stakeholders, when required
Build reports and dashboards to track KPIs and performance
Drive end-to-end project management of ServiceNow engagements - owning scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder governance
Contribute to operating model design and ServiceNow transformations
Contribute to business development by supporting proposals development, RFP/RFI responses, and solution pitches (including the building effort and solution licensing estimates)
What you bring matters
University degree in Computer Science or other relevant fields; advanced degrees (MBA, Master’s) are a plus
Experience in ServiceNow and ITSM (ITIL-based processes)
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, workflows, CMDB, etc.)
Experience in Banking or Energy sectors is highly appreciated
Proven experience delivering ITSM/ServiceNow projects
Understanding of IT Governance and Operating Models
Experience leading workstreams or mentoring junior team members
Ability to deliver solutions from concept to execution
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
