Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ownership of Americas (AMA) business strategy for Sales and Marketing
- Leadership and mentoring for Sales, Marketing, and Business Development employees
- Oversee daily operations, including overall responsibility for company’s employees, shared with Operational Regional VP
- Internal and external representation of the company
- Leadership in cross-department collaboration
- Signature authority in accordance with group signature rules and local legal requirements
- Participation in congatec´s strategic planning and decisions
- Preparation of Americas (AMA) part of company’s budget and forecasts
- Ensuring company compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and other applicable regulations under guidance of corporate compliance
- Ensuring company compliance with applicable rules and regulations of congatec group

Salary Range:
- $250,000 - $300,000 On Target Earnings
