About the Role:
As an RBT / ABA Therapist, you will provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in a supportive environment. You will follow treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA, track and report on client progress through session notes, and be a consistent, positive presence in your client's day. You will also travel to and from client homes or other designated service locations.

Requirements:
Active RBT certification from the BACB
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for working with kids
Previous ABA experience is a plus
