Your mission

  • You are the voice and face of our product: As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll be there to help them with their questions and challenges and provide them with support to unlock the full potential of our services.
  • You are a bridge-builder: Through your strong ties with your customers, you are the connection between our operations teams and our developers, always keeping our customers, market trends, and our company strategy in mind.
  • You make your customers happy: Thanks to your close relationship with your customers, you’re always one step ahead and know exactly what they need to be happy and continue using our product sustainably.
  • Be innovative: You’ll demonstrate how leveraging and integrating technology and AI can have a lasting, positive impact on our service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • You help our clients grow: By keeping a close eye on your client portfolio, you understand your clients’ needs and goals, allowing you to support them effectively and grow together with them.

Your profile

  • First experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in German & English (other languages are a plus, but not required)
  • Structured way of working, strong time-management skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively escalate risks or blockers when necessary
  • Ideally, you already have some experience with HubSpot, Google Workspace, Jira, and ClaudeAI
