Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop effective, maintainable code in a timely manner
- Follow established coding standards and best practices; assist in defining and improving standards
- Participate in and conduct peer code reviews
- Collaborate with business and technical analysts to ensure solutions meet functional requirements
- Document and share key technical information with team members for reference or knowledge‑base use
- Provide clear, accurate, and timely status updates to stakeholders
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex, business‑critical production issues with urgency
- Act as a technical mentor and resource for junior team members
- Lead projects or initiatives, ensuring solutions align with customer and business needs
