Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PMO Analyst to provide critical support to ensure the program’s governance, tracking, reporting, and communication needs are met throughout the lifecycle of the transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Governance & Administration
Support governance framework and maintain key program documentation (charters, RACI, risk logs, etc.).
Coordinate preparation for Steering Committee, PMO, and Workstream Leader meetings (agendas, minutes, tracking decisions).
Track and monitor action items, risks, and issues across all project workstreams.
Planning & Reporting
Assist in the development, maintenance, and distribution of project plans and integrated program schedules.
Consolidate workstream updates into executive dashboards and status reports using tools such as Power BI and MS Project.
Monitor adherence to project milestones, budgets, resource allocations, and scope.
Resource & Financial Tracking
Track timesheets, resource forecasts, and budget variances for internal and external teams.
Coordinate with Finance and Procurement to ensure timely processing of vendor invoices and purchase orders.
Maintain updated resource allocation and utilization tracking tools.
Tools & Systems
Manage PMO tools including document repositories (SharePoint), project management software (MS Project and Jira), and reporting platforms.
Maintain the master data structure for documentation, naming conventions, and version control.
Change & Communication Support
Support change management and training teams with scheduling, logistics, and tracking participation.
Help produce transformation communications, templates, and visual aids for stakeholder engagement.
The Recipe for Success:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in a PMO, project analyst, or project coordinator role on enterprise transformation programs.
Knowledge of ERP systems and business transformation, experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
Expert level proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project), SharePoint, and data visualization tools like Power BI.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Familiarity with SAP project lifecycle, Agile/Hybrid methodologies, and global rollout frameworks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience interfacing with external system integrators and global delivery teams.
Strong analytical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills.
