Must have skills : Business Requirements Analysis Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems. Your typical day will include assessing the business model and its integration with technology, as well as evaluating the current state of operations. You will be responsible for identifying customer requirements and defining the future state or business solution. Additionally, you will conduct research, gather data, and synthesize information to support decision-making and strategic planning within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate findings. - Develop comprehensive documentation that outlines business requirements and proposed solutions.
