Barback

The Barback is responsible for supporting anything and everything behind the bar. Assists Bartenders in ensuring all assigned bars are clean and well stocked at all times, including ice, clean glassware, beer, liquor, garnishes, mixers, and other beverages as needed. Consistently and diplomatically maintains good public relations with casino guests and employees.
