What You’ll Do
As a CNA, you play a vital role in enhancing residents’ quality of life by:
Providing routine daily nursing care based on individualized care plans
Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting dignity and comfort
Observing and reporting changes in resident conditions to the nursing team
Collaborating with nurses and therapy staff to support recovery and long-term care goals
