Job Description
- Serve as an optomechanical design, development, and implementation engineer for display system assembly, working with PD, waveguide and ophthalmic cross-functional team members.
- Own and develop comprehensive requirements documents and tolerance analyses to ensure performance and reliability of optomechanical systems.
- Drive opto-mechanical Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) from early concept to mass production, working closely with internal teams and external vendors.
- Collaborate with metrology to develop opto-mechanical strategies to devise modular fixtures for demo and measurement capabilities.
- Translate STOP analyses for opto-mechanical design optimization.
