Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Claim Management 

  •   Preparation of monthly incentive schemes along with RSMs, check eligibility & process claims as per achievements of targets
  • Share schemes to Market, Digital team, Zonal office & accounts
  • Work with Zonal & Marketing accounts to settle claims
  • Support execution of Govt. and Corporate orders and handling claims settlement.
  • Sales Promotion budget allocation, issuance of work orders, Bills settlement.
  • Collection of  NDC  From dealers & vendors      
  • Audit & Compliance
  • Conduct dealer audits as per standard check list & report findings
  • Seek clarifications from the concerned on the open points and ensure updating /closure in the portal
  • Ensure statutory compliance for commercial discipline at RO level.
  • Statutory Tax payment and compliance renewals.
  •  Addressing dealerships queries on GST, reduction in GST ITC mismatch.
  • Field and Dealership support
  • Coordination with dealers for accounts, sales & commercial queries
  • Liaising with DMS, OBL, GST team to address dealer concerns and Field queries
  • Share dealer evaluation reports & monthly commercial dashboard
  •  Ensure Bank Guarantee renewal for applicable  dealers in time.
  • Upload  various service schemes and support the service team for reconciliation of Service claims
  • Handling accidental vehicle reporting process till closure

Education Qualification

MBA Finance / Master’s in commerce ( M Com.)

General Experience

At least 6-8 years of commercial experience in Automobile / FMCG/  Consumer Durables industry
