Position Summary:
You’re the kind of producer who can run a board, switch a camera, fix a cable, and cut a promo. You thrive in the energy of live production and know how to make talent sound and look their best.
We’re searching for a producer/editor to take charge of our daily radio show—also streamed live on video—as well as our flagship podcast, The Ravens Lounge. This role blends audio engineering, video production, live broadcast operations, and post‑production editing into one dynamic position.
Key Responsibilities:
Live Show Production — Run the full daily radio show and video livestream, managing timing, transitions, and on‑air flow.
Planning & Pre-Production --- Create rundowns, book guests, time shows, and build and manage content calendar
Audio Engineering — Mix live audio, manage signal flow, and ensure clean, consistent sound across all platforms.
Video Production — Operate robotic cameras, switchers, graphics, and streaming tools during live broadcasts.
Podcast Production — Record, edit, mix, and master episodes of The Ravens Lounge.
Content Editing — Create highlight clips, social media reels, and promotional assets.
Technical Operations — Maintain studio equipment and keep the production environment running smoothly.
Creative Collaboration — Work with hosts and leadership to shape show segments, pacing, and audience engagement.
Independent Execution — Own the full production pipeline with confidence and minimal supervision.
Required Skills & Experience:
3–5+ years in radio, podcasting, or broadcast production
Experience operating basic video switchers, robotic cameras, and livestreaming platforms
Ability to mix audio live and troubleshoot issues quickly
Skilled in video editing using Premiere Pro
Comfortable functioning as a one‑person band handling end‑to‑end production
Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
Ability to stay calm, focused, and solutions‑oriented during live broadcasts
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in audio editing with Adobe Audition or similar software
Experience producing a daily or high‑frequency show
Familiarity with broadcast automation systems
A creative eye for visual storytelling and pacing
Salary and Benefits:
Range: $80,000 – 85,000
Company-paid health insurance, including health and vision. Dental insurance also provided with minimal employee contribution
