About this Position Henkel is searching for an experienced sales professional who is looking for a challenge and a lucrative position of leadership in technical sales in the southern cluster countries of the European Union (EU). Henkel is expanding its presence in Europe for the Water Civil Infrastructure team within the Infrastructure Protection and Repair group. With industry leading solutions focused on valve insertion technology, structural pipe relining, and structural pipe reinforcement. We offer multiple technologies for these applications including the AVT EZ-Valve insertion valve for water, wastewater, process piping, manufacturing, and utility infrastructure, LOCTITE Fiber Reinforced Polymers (FRP), and LOCTITE Geopolymer solutions. This business is rapidly growing, and the position of Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving acceptance and sales growth of these technologies within southern Europe countries. The initial focus of the role will be directed toward quickly expanding the use of AVT EZ-Valve in the region. The successful candidate will have experience exceeding objectives in quota-driven sales environments, leading sales opportunities in a team-based selling environment, managing and working with distributor and contractor partners, and a strong record of accomplishment of success with the sales of technical solutions. What makes you a good fit Develop new customers and expand sales in existing key accounts Develop and implement strategies and tactics to optimize channel performance Develop customer relationships within assigned customers/territory, gain an understanding of customer business requirements, and proactively develop solutions and programs to meet those needs Leverage Advanced Valve Technologies defined sales processes to build accounts and utilize the company’s CRM system (SalesForce) for maintenance and development of prospects, customers, opportunities, quotes, and sales activities Meet/exceed annual sales quota for assigned customers and territory Gain knowledge of the suite of technologies represented in this role and convey that knowledge to prospective customers and infrastructure owners Work with and manage channel network to maximize coverage and sales in assigned territory Coordinate efforts of training and demos with end users and channel partners to support sales efforts Coordinate with Operations to act as a liaison between end customer, channel partner and Henkel.
