Technical Support in the automotive industry (temporary position)
Job Description
Are you passionate about technology and problem solving? Are you an analytical person with a strong interest in technology and cars, then the role of diagnostic technician at MSX International is something for you.
As a diagnostic technician, you provide support to our end customer's dealers and the position is part of our expanding Nordic team. We are currently looking for a person for a 6-week temporary position during the summer.
Job Responsibilities:
• Support and coach dealers with advanced diagnostic troubleshooting
• Assist with recommendations for continued troubleshooting
• Communicate directly with the customer's development team
• Daily follow-up of current issues
• Reporting product deviations to the customer
• Continuous professional development
• Technical experience is a requirement
• E-tech expertise
• Electric vehicle experience is a merit
• Good understanding of diagnostic systems and software
• Solid experience from an authorized brand workshop
• Good knowledge of IT, electronics and troubleshooting
• Committed and analytical problem solver
• Communicative and service-oriented
• Fluent in Finnish and English
Workplace and scope:
The position is located in pleasant premises in Helsinki. These are full-time positions and access is by agreement.
We offer a monthly salary in the range of 4000–4300 EUR for this position. Salary is set in accordance with our salary policy and is based on education, skills, qualifications and experience.
