Title: Multi Store Manager (Store HC)
Reports to: Area Manager, Retail Management, Coach Korea
Primary Purpose of Multi Store Manager
The Multi Store Manager is directly accountable for the performance and execution quality of a cluster of stores. This role brings Area Manager strategy to life through strong store leadership, visual execution, and Lite / Micro Training.
Key Responsibilities
Store Cluster Performance Ownership
- Own sales, KPIs, and operational performance across assigned store cluster
- Drive consistent execution standards while adapting to individual store needs
Store Leadership & People Development
- Lead and coach Store Managers and key store leaders
- Build leadership capability and readiness within the store organization
- Recruits, onboards, and develops Store Managers and key in‑store leaders, executing people strategy at store‑cluster level
- Delegates responsibilities effectively to build ownership, accountability, and operational efficiency
- Identifies individual potential and capability gaps within store teams and delivers hands‑on coaching, training, and feedback
- Inspires and motivates teams to foster high engagement, cohesion, and talent retention
- Provides structured people insights and development needs back to Area Manager
Merchandising Execution
- Executes the defined product mix at store level, translating strategy into effective in‑store selling and display execution.
- Ensures inventory accuracy and execution discipline to support sell‑through and operational efficiency.
- Develops store teams’ product knowledge and competitive awareness to strengthen selling capability.
- Collects and shares customer response and execution feedback with Area Manager.
Visual Merchandising Execution
- Executes VM and Training in stores, evaluates effectiveness through sales and customer experience, and improves execution quality.
- Evaluate VM outcomes based on sales and customer experience
Training & Field Insight
- Lead collaboration for training based on store-level needs
- Provide decision-ready field insights to Area Manager
