Delivery Lead, Strategy and Transformation

ECS is seeking a Delivery Lead, Strategy and Transformation to work in our Arlington, VA office.  

 

ECS is seeking a Delivery Lead to directly work in support of our national cybersecurity client’s Chief of Staff’s Office in our Arlington, VA location with the option for routine remote work. The role will entail working closely with the CISA CSD Chief of Staff to drive operational cadence, lead process improvement efforts, and manage organizational change across a complex federal environment.  

Responsibilities: 

• Apply structured methodologies to lead change management and business process improvement initiatives across a cybersecurity organization, helping to bridge the gap from current to future state   

• Develop approach and conduct current state analysis that examines various elements of the organizational structure and communications operational tempo  

• Facilitate strategy discussions and translate content into relevant and actionable deliverables  

• Advise on the technical design and delivery of key change management communication initiatives and deliverables; provide input into stakeholder engagement strategies/plans 

• Provide data engineering & operational / knowledge management reporting solutions in support of a mission enabling office 

• Operate as the Senior Subject Matter Expert to architect and engineer the governance frameworks required for division-wide execution of operational risk decisions
