Description: The Madison-Plains Local School District (MPLSD) seeks to employ a Director of Teaching and Learning (grades PK-12), effective July 01, 2026.  Located in Madison County, Ohio, MPLSD is located approximately 40 miles southwest of Columbus, Ohio, a short drive from Interstate 71.

Job Objective:  To enhance student achievement and growth through developing, promoting, and strengthening curriculum, instructional strategies, professional development activities, and coordinating all grants as applicable.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A master's degree, or equivalent, in education or a related field, preferably in educational administration or curriculum and instruction
• A valid Ohio administrative or teaching license
• Current documentation of clear criminal history via FBI/BCI background checks
