Turning Point Community Programs’ (TPCP) Outcomes & Evaluation Department (O&E) is dedicated to ensuring that every decision within the agency, both at the program and executive level, is data-informed and data-driven. At TPCP, our Data Analyst are “data storytellers” who provide essential decision-making information by taking complex data sets and translating them into compelling narratives, using visualizations and effective communication techniques to convey insights.
