Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support the marketing department's initiatives with planning, executing, and tracking marketing programs.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Perform marketing and administrative functions including budget tracking.
- Manage workflow to ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Independently coordinate marketing events – Handle logistic matters, manage registrations, coordinate with speakers, create itinerary and prepare invitations.
- Oversee the development of marketing collaterals.
- Maintain regional website and handle social media content.
- Support PR initiatives and facilitate Private Banking’s award submissions.
- Contribute as a team in the implementation of ad hoc projects.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Marketing/Finance/Information Management or equivalent.
- Preferably with relevant working experience in project management and marketing role.
- Excellent communicator and comfortable in managing multiple tasks.
- Proven to be adaptable, detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
- Possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office which includes Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
