Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the marketing department's initiatives with planning, executing, and tracking marketing programs.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
  • Perform marketing and administrative functions including budget tracking.
  • Manage workflow to ensure projects are delivered on time.
  • Independently coordinate marketing events – Handle logistic matters, manage registrations, coordinate with speakers, create itinerary and prepare invitations.
  • Oversee the development of marketing collaterals.
  • Maintain regional website and handle social media content.
  • Support PR initiatives and facilitate Private Banking’s award submissions.
  • Contribute as a team in the implementation of ad hoc projects.

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing/Finance/Information Management or equivalent.
  • Preferably with relevant working experience in project management and marketing role.
  • Excellent communicator and comfortable in managing multiple tasks.
  • Proven to be adaptable, detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
  • Possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office which includes Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
