Dispatcher – Paratransit - BRTA

The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and monitoring daily transportation services for passengers with disabilities and mobility challenges. This role ensures safe, timely, and efficient delivery of paratransit services by communicating with Operators, scheduling trips, resolving real-time issues, and maintaining compliance with service standards and regulatory requirements. Ensures high quality network performance and compliance within telephone hold time standards, call times, etc.
