Position Responsibilities
- Directs daily activities of maintenance team.
- Plans downtime – resources, scope and parts.
- Creates & updates PM’s utilizing computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Spare parts management, including budgeting.
- Perform trouble shooting and provide oversight of equipment repairs.
- Manages vendor / manufacturer relationships.
- Ensures that maintenance technicians are adequately trained.
- Associates degree in relevant technical field, or equivalent technical training knowledge and experience.
- 5+ years in a maintenance leadership role.
- Experience in reliability & productive maintenance.
- Strong understanding of industrial health, safety and environmental (HS&E) standards and methods.
- Ability to Plan, Organize and Direct team members to achieve results and accomplish goals.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions, drawings & schematics.
- Must be fluent in English, with strong speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
- US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa.
- Successful candidate will need to satisfactorily complete pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering
- Certification in Reliability or Total Production Maintenance (TPM) concepts
- Experience in creation of successful maintenance program with high precision machines
