We are looking for a technically oriented colleague who will be involved in introducing new products and technologies into production. In this role, you will actively contribute to the optimization of manufacturing processes, participate in developing technological procedures, design assembly fixtures, and collaborate with the R&D team. This role is contributing to the ELSB Division.

Job Responsibilities:

• Introducing new manufacturing technologies and monitoring technological trends
• Solving technological issues in production in cooperation with Quality, R&D, and other departments
• Collaborating with R&D on the introduction of new products into serial production
• Creating and updating technological procedures, work instructions, and guidelines
• Designing and cooperating on the development of assembly fixtures
• Participating in projects focused on increasing efficiency and production optimization
• Working with internal documentation, technical standards, and regulations
• Communicating with suppliers of manufacturing technologies and equipment

Requirements:

• Secondary or university education in a technical field (electrical, mechanical, or related)
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation
• Proficiency in MS Office and CAD systems
• English at a level sufficient for working with technical documentation and everyday email communication (B1–B2)
• Analytical and technical thinking, with a proactive and independent approach to problem-solving
• Strong teamwork and communication skills across departments
• Experience in manufacturing engineering or technological preparation of production is an advantage
