Project Manager

Mesa seeks a skilled project manager that manages the planning, estimating, permitting, schedule, budget, risk analysis, material procurement, agreements related to the project, prepares projects for bid process and assists with contractor selection, monitors field construction, and in-service facilitation and project close-out.
