What You'll Do:

• Warmly greet and assist customers as they arrive in the service drive
• Provide a professional and welcoming first impression of BMW of Salem
• Relocate vehicles safely between service lanes, shop, and parking areas
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas (housekeeping duties)
• Wash and vacuum vehicles after service to ensure a high-quality delivery experience
• Support technicians and service advisors with general lot and operational needs
• Assist in keeping inventory and parking areas organized and presentable

What You Will Bring:

• Strong customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (manual is a strong advantage)
• Prior dealership experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
• Team-oriented with great attention to detail
