Job Description
Spring Creek SNF is looking for a full and Part-time cook. The ideal candidate must prepare, serve and handle food in accordance with federal and state regulations. They must maintain a clean and sanitized dining service area, and assist in receiving, roation and storage of products.
Primary responsibilty
Identify and report food and supplies needed for next week menu Assist in the receiving, rotation, and storage of products Prepare menu and cook food in accordanace with nutrition guidelines, regulation, and resident's individual prescribed diet and food preference Present food in a appetizing and attractive manner Enusre food is delivered on time and in a pleasant manner Ensure proper storage and handling of food in accordance with infection control standards We offer a competitive salary and benefit package
