
Robotic Process Automation Developer- Smart Start
Job Description
- Develop scalable and reusable end-to-end automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies within digital transformation projects.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues arising during the day-to-day execution of RPA processes and automation workflows.
- Create, maintain, and update technical design documents and automation lifecycle documentation in line with Bosch standards and guidelines.
- Analyze business needs and identify suitable intelligent automation solutions by collaborating with business stakeholders, strategic partners, and development teams.
- Work closely with customers and developers to automate manual and repetitive processes, improve operational efficiency, and support data and software-related requirements.
- Contribute to digital transformation initiatives by leveraging automation technologies, AI/ML concepts, and modern AI tools (e.g., LLM-based solutions) where applicable to enhance process efficiency and intelligent automation capabilities
- 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student in Computer Engineering or Software Engineering with a strong software and automation focus.
- Able to work at least 3 days per week during the academic semester.
- Familiarity with RPA and automation tools such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or KNIME.
- Good understanding of programming fundamentals and hands-on experience with technologies such as Python, VBA, or similar programming languages.
- Basic SQL knowledge and understanding of database operations, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, work under deadlines, and deliver high-quality deliverables.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
