WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
As our Brand & Graphic Design Specialist, you’ll help bring the magic of Blue Mountain Resort to life — creating bold, and adventure-filled visuals that inspire guests to hit the slopes and make unforgettable memories.
You will be the creative force behind the resort’s visual storytelling, designing everything from digital campaigns to print pieces, signage, brochures, billboards, and more. Working closely with our Marketing team, you’ll dream up fresh campaign concepts, keep our brand looking consistent across every touchpoint, and help shape the overall vibe of the resort experience.
This role is equal parts designer, brand champion, and creative problem-solver — perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, fun-loving environment where no two days look the same.
Design creative across print, digital, social, web, and on-resort experiences
Bring campaigns to life from concept to final production
Help direct and support photo/video shoots to capture the energy and personality of the resort
Keep our brand looking consistent, polished, and authentically Blue Mountain
Manage and organize visual assets and creative files
Stay ahead of design trends, marketing inspiration, and creative best practices
Collaborate with teams across the resort to make sure every guest-facing piece feels elevated, exciting, and on-brand
Help evolve and maintain brand standards for Blue Mountain and its family of sub-brands
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
Graphic Design degree, diploma, or equivalent creative experience
Previous professional graphic design experience, ideally within the recreation/hospitality/tourism industries
Proficient with software including the Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.), Acrobat, Excel, Word, etc.
Experience with print (CMYK) and digital (RGB) publishing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent planning and organizational skills
