About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and analytical professional to support and enhance our global Resource & Partner Management operations. As a senior subject matter expert, you will play a key role in strengthening partner governance, improving operational efficiency, supporting risk and compliance activities, and driving process improvement initiatives across regions. Working closely with Solutions & Professional Services, Finance, Business Development, and global stakeholders, you will provide operational expertise, insights, and guidance to help ensure consistent execution, effective partner engagement, and high-quality business outcomes.
What You'll Do
Partner Governance & Management
Support the effective management of the services partner ecosystem through established governance, quality, and compliance practices.
Monitor partner performance, operational metrics, forecasting activities, and billing processes, identifying areas for improvement.
Contribute to partner quality reviews, issue resolution, and escalation management processes.
Drive partner enablement through onboarding, training, certification, and operational readiness initiatives.
Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders on partner-related operational matters and best practices.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance operational consistency across global partnership.
Support automation, reporting, and process improvement initiatives that drive scalable and sustainable outcomes.
Develop and maintain operational documentation, standards, and governance processes.
Leverage data and insights to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Promote knowledge sharing and best-practice adoption across teams and regions.
Risk, Controls & Process Governance
Support governance and control activities across Resource & Partner Management processes.
Contribute to audit readiness through accurate documentation, process compliance, and quality reviews.
Drive standardisation of processes, controls, and operating procedures across regions.
Participate in quality assurance reviews, issue tracking, and remediation efforts.
Help maintain a strong control environment through ongoing monitoring and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
7+ years of experience in operations management, professional services, partner management, resource management, consulting operations, or a related field.
Experience working in a global, matrixed environment with diverse stakeholder groups.
Proven track record leading operational transformation, governance, or process improvement initiatives.
Experience managing external partners, suppliers, or strategic delivery ecosystems is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and data analysis.
Ability to translate operational data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Strong financial and operational acumen with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities across senior leadership, regional teams, and external partners.
Demonstrated ability to independently drive alignment across diverse and geographically distributed teams.
Passion for simplifying processes, driving automation, and improving operational effectiveness.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity while maintaining focus on outcomes and execution excellence.
