Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to): - conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of patients' physical, emotional, and mental health - monitor vital signs, intake/output, and other clinical indicators to detect changes in patient conditions - recognize and act on warning signs of deterioration, such as changes in heart rate, respiratory rate, or mental status - safely administer prescribed medications (oral, IV, subcutaneous, intramuscular) and monitor for adverse effects or allergic reactions - act as a liaison between patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure the patient's needs are met - provide patient...
