Supervisor - Timpack

We’re looking for a hands-on Supervisor to lead our Christchurch team. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll help run the day-to-day operations of the site, support your team, and make sure work is completed safely and on time.

This role suits someone who is mechanically minded, enjoys working in a practical environment, and is confident leading a team of around 17 people. You’ll help keep product moving, the machinery running, solve problems as they arise, and support your team to do their best work. Hours are 6.00am until 2.30pm Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Day to day team management
• Keep the site running smoothly and safely
• Troubleshoot and help maintain machinery when issues arise
• Manage daily workloads and support staff training
• Make practical decisions to keep operations moving
• Work closely with the Branch Manager to improve productivity

You’ll be someone who enjoys working with people and being hands-on. You may already be a supervisor or be ready to step up into your first leadership role. You’ll also bring:

• Mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills
• Your physically fit with a hands-on approach to work
• Experience in a manufacturing, workshop, or industrial environment
• A positive, team-focused leadership style
• Clear communication and the ability to keep people on track
• An F endorsement (Forklift licence) willingness to obtain one
