Our company is seeking a technician with a solid background in electronics and  mechanical systems to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of specialized equipment.

The role combines hands-on technical work with team coordination responsibilities.

Role Overview

• Installing and configuring graphic arts machinery, with a focus on press and postpress
• Diagnosing and repairing electronic and mechanical faults
• Performing preventive maintenance and system upgrades
• Supporting customers on-site and remotely with technical issues
• Collaborating with the sales and support teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Coordinating, prioritizing, and supervising daily technical activities of the service team
• Planning service schedules and ensuring timely and efficient project execution
• Acting as the main point of contact between the technical team, customers, and management
• Ensuring high service quality standards and customer satisfaction
• Identifying training needs and supporting the continuous development of the team
• Contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency
• Monitoring performance and reporting on service activities

Candidate Profile

• Technical education in electronics, mechatronics, or mechanical engineering
• Proven hands-on experience with machinery, ideally in printing or industrial equipment
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role will be considered a strong asset
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a customer-oriented mindset
• English (written and spoken); other languages are welcome
• Willingness to travel within Greece and occasionally abroad
