As the Program Management Senior Specialist, you will serve as a strategic partner between stakeholders and the production team, provide technical expertise and leadership to the offshore production team, and own delivering quality marketing programs within SLAs.
Position Responsibilities:
Manage dedicated digital offshore production team to build and deliver quality marketing programs globally
Responsible for operational, organizational & business metrics for the program. Focus on business excellence, training, certifications, process management, SOPs, new ideas and collaboration across teams.
Responsible for ongoing training of MarTech Tool skills and apprise marketing operations team of changes based on upgrades
Leads, manages, and coaches off-shore marketing operations team during escalations including issue analysis and resolution
Translate complex MarTech and production requirements into an optimal marketing management that meets business objectives and marketing strategy
Support in marketing automation tool improvement projects
Minimum Requirements:
Overall 9+ years experience with 2+ years experience in marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Eloqua, Marketing Cloud, etc.
Experience in various email technology tools and digital marketing automation program management such as email, paid media, event experience
Experience working with enterprise companies
Preferred qualifications:
Having as many of these specific qualifications is a plus, but transferable skills/experiences may be equally valuable:
Highly analytical, with a track record of being a strong problem solver
Presenting to business stakeholders, and driving value for the business
Understanding of marketing operations, processes, business requirements.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with rapidly changing priorities and a high volume of projects
