Overview The Senior Communications Specialist will support internal communications across the Publicis Re:Sources EMEA region, partnering with regional leadership and local market teams to ensure clear, consistent, and well-coordinated communication with employees. This is a regional role supporting multiple countries across EMEA. The position reports into Global Communications and works closely with the Publicis Re:Sources EMEA CEO and regional leadership to support communications across the region. The role is designed to bring structure, visibility, and consistency to communications across markets, supporting teams that currently manage communications alongside other responsibilities. Responsibilities Support internal communications across the EMEA region in partnership with regional leadership. Work with Managing Directors and market teams to support communications needs across countries. Maintain a regional communications and events calendar, helping manage visibility, timing, and prioritization across the region. Support the development of leadership materials, including presentations and communication assets for town halls, business updates, and leadership sessions. Draft, edit, and structure employee communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and strong visual presentation. Develop and implement templates, frameworks, and communication standards to improve consistency and quality across markets. Promote consistency in how communications are created and delivered across the region. Act as a point of contact between EMEA and Global Communications. Ensure regional communications align with global priorities and messaging. Bring forward visibility of regional activities that can be amplified globally. Support the use of internal platforms such as Marcel and identify opportunities to elevate regional content. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field. 4–6 years of experience in internal or corporate communications. Experience supporting multiple markets or working in a regional or global environment is preferred. Skills & Qualifications Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics. Strong design capabilities, including experience creating high-quality presentations and communication materials. Proficiency with tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, and Adobe Creative Cloud. Ability to work with senior stakeholders across different countries and functions. Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfort working across regions and time zones. High level of English proficiency.
