Senior Manufacturing Engineer

As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll drive manufacturing excellence by developing, optimizing, and supporting tools, equipment, and processes that improve quality, increase productivity, and reduce cost. You’ll stay current on modern manufacturing methods and technologies, identifying opportunities for new programs and innovative concepts. You’ll design, build, and document fixtures and tooling, troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, and lead projects from research and planning through implementation—including capital equipment upgrades, production-line improvements, and branch and company-wide Industry 4.0 initiatives. You’ll also provide dedicated engineering support to critical Metal Fabrication production lines to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
