Production Operator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machines that assemble metal door frames. This role requires attention to detail, experience using hand power tools as in grinding, sanding, and polishing metal material to enhance the surface quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery that cuts, shapes, and assembles metal door frames.
• Perform hand-finishing, polishing, and buffing to refine surfaces of manufactured parts.
• Use a variety of tools, including polisher, sanders, and grinders, to achieve a smooth finish.
• Make necessary corrections to the metal product when there is defects, inconsistencies, or imperfections.
• Handle raw material and finished product safely and efficiently.
• Work closely with production and quality department to meet customer standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and follow all safety procedures

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Prior experience in manufacturing or production (preferred but not required).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
