Safety Representative Senior- Transmission Construction Management

A Safety Representative Senior works closely with Transmission Construction Management (TCM), other Oncor departments, and our contractor’s safety departments to develop and implement safety programs that aim to prevent accidents and injuries through education, engagement, and training. The responsibilities include but are not limited to being well-versed in state and federal safety regulations and industry best practices, conducting site observations, and developing and delivering employee training programs. This role requires a strong field presence, effective communication skills, and the ability to build positive working relationships while reinforcing safety expectations.
