Overview
Seeking a highly Manager, Merchandising professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic multi-country environment. This role is responsible for executing the Crocs brand product strategy across Southeast Asia retail and digital channels, while identifying local product and assortment opportunities across diverse consumer profiles and climates. The role requires deep understanding of regional market nuances, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to ensure Crocs remains commercially relevant and culturally resonant across SEA markets, particularly the SEA digital landscape.
What You'll Do
- Execute consumer-centric assortments aligned with regional strategies and seasonal DTC product selections.
- Execute seasonal Go-To-Market across DTC channels to ensure consistent brand strategies and image across channels, with a stronger focus on digital channels.
- Identify and curate platform-exclusive assortments and product drops to differentiate Crocs’ presence across marketplaces, driving incremental demand, traffic and conversion through channel-specific product strategies.
- Work with manager to manage promotional plans, ensuring pricing aligns with monthly margin targets and overall business objectives.
- Conduct in-season product and promotion performance analyses, providing actionable recommendations to improve future merchandising strategies.
- Perform post-season hindsight analysis, summarizing key financial performance, category trends, and opportunities for future assortment planning.
- Partner with regional merchandising on segmentation requirements for different channels
- Partner with planning & allocation teams on planning & allocation strategies to optimize inventory distribution across DTC platforms, ensuring availability and sell through.
- Monitor and adjust plans based on key promotional events, sales trends, and external market shifts.
- Participate in weekly business reviews, providing insights and strategic recommendations to enhance DTC sales performance.
- Collaborate closely with VM and Onsite teams to ensure seasonal product priorities are executed effectively
- Support manager on ad-hoc task and reporting across DTC SEA channels
- Any additional responsibilities may be assigned by the manager as needed to support business objectives
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Degree or equivalent with relevant merchandising or commercial experience
- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant merchandising experience within retail or e-commerce, candidates with stronger ecommerce retail backgrounds will be prioritized
- Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to manage multi-market businesses
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Deep understanding of Southeast Asia consumer behavior, market dynamics and competition
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High product sensibility with creativity and trend awareness
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to operate in ambiguity
- Language: English; additional SEA language capabilities are an advantage
