Job Description
Location: Timber Club Apartments; St. Peters, MO
Schedule: Full-Time; Weekend availability required
Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $21.00, based on experience
Incentives: Commissions on new leases

Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in leasing, customer service, sales, hospitality, or related field
- Previous apartment leasing or property management experience preferred
- Experience with Yardi or other property management software preferred
- Weekend availability required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Physical: Frequent walking, stairs, standing, climbing, crouching, kneeling, and reaching. Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40 pounds.

Banner Property Management is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at our newest acquisition, Timber Club Apartments in St. Peters, MO. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a community transition and help create a positive experience for both current and future residents.
The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with strong sales and customer service skills who enjoys connecting with people, showcasing a community’s strengths, and helping residents feel at home. Apartment leasing experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong customer service or sales background.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging property tours and highlight community features, amenities, and neighborhood benefits
- Respond promptly to prospect inquiries, follow up on leads, and support leasing goals
- Assist prospective residents through the application, approval, and move-in process
- Build positive relationships with current residents and provide exceptional customer service
- Support resident retention efforts through communication, engagement, and follow-up
- Assist with lease renewals, resident communications, and rent collection processes
- Maintain accurate records and complete leasing documentation in accordance with company policies
- Support marketing initiatives, resident events, and community outreach efforts
- Maintain knowledge of availability, pricing, market trends, and competitive properties
