Production Supervisor
Job Description
As a production supervisor, you will report to production manager, base Huangshan Plant.
Key Responsibilities
根据公司EHS要素，持续推进车间安全文化，协调安排车间各班组间的生产,确保生产有序进行
针对发生的不安全行为进行根因分析及制定纠正预防措施
培训生产班组长、操作员工。（包括EHS, 质量，等等）
月度盘点及年度盘点，班组长及操作人员考核
车间生产效率提升方案提出、落实、监督
使用5S及精益生产等工具，持续改进生产部门的各项指标
Qualifications
5年以上热固粉末涂料厂现场管理经验，具有精益生产背景
全日制大专及以上学历，化工或相关专业
能进行简单英文沟通
持有危化品管理人员证
