Job Description
Communicate with customers in Professional Manner & provide solution for specific requests as per process guidelines. Listen attentively to customer needs and demonstrate empathy while providing the customer support.
B2B Sales Specialist
- Must be a college graduate
- At least 2 years B2B sales or support experience
- Preferably with CRM background
Retention Specialist
- Must be a college graduate
- Must have at least 2 years experience in renewals, retention or inside sales
- Must be familiar with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Tech Customer Success Specialist
- Must be a college graduate
- Must have at least 2 years relevant experience
- Must have experience with customer success principles, SaaS business models and CS platforms
- Good customer service skills
- Willing to work onsite, and on shifting schedules
- Can start ASAP
Note: Applicants falling under new K-12 Curriculum should be graduates of senior high school, however under the old (before K-12) curriculum, high school graduates are welcome to apply. Education proofs should be submitted at the time of joining/offer.
